How we handle mushroom coffee
We check the coffee base, caffeine disclosure, mushroom species, part used, extract or powder form, amount per serving, sweeteners, allergens, and testing claims. Missing information stays missing; we do not estimate a proprietary-blend dose.
Evidence does not transfer automatically
Cell and animal work can explain a research idea, but not a proven benefit in people. A human study on one preparation cannot be pasted onto every drink that uses the same common ingredient name.
