How we choose and build coverage
Every page must answer a real coffee question and add a practical decision tool: a brew table, label checklist, evidence boundary, cost calculation, or clear next step.
Evidence rules
We prefer regulators, public research databases, standards bodies, peer-reviewed human research, and exact manufacturer labels. A study on an isolated mushroom extract does not prove that a finished coffee blend produces the same result.
Experience rules
Desk research is labeled as desk research. Tasting notes, brew observations, photographs, and testing results appear only when we have a dated record of the work.
Commercial rules
Advertising and affiliate relationships are disclosed near the relevant link. Commercial considerations do not change our safety language, evidence grade, or conclusion.
